I bought these for my dad who has high liver enzymes. The ingredients include: Vitamin C, B6, Folic Acid, B12, N-Acetyl, L-Cysteine, Choline, Bitartrate, Inositol, TMG. The capsule is a vegetable capsule with rice flour. The bottle has 30 capsules and you take 2 per day. Though it is a liver detox, it also has support for your gall bladder, regulating glucose, and metabolizes fat. They were made in the USA. I have had several MaxX products, and I have never had any problems.
