I'm one of those people who was very skeptical that this product would do everything that it said it would, but I decided that for the price- there wasn't much to lose. I have been taking it about a week, and after ten days of an antibiotic prior to use, as well. I feel energized, my skin is clearing up (auto-immune disease issues) and I'm really happy that I took the gamble. I've been recommending this product to my family and friends since about day three, which is usually 'early' in my book.
